Passes may be shared with members of the same household and accompanying guests.
One time rentals are a flat rate for up to 2 hours on the water, including PFDs and paddles:
SUP – $40 + GST per person
Solo Kayak – $40 + GST per person
Double Kayak – $60 + GST for two people
Kraken rentals are $80.00/hour and include PFDs and paddles for up to 8 people.
Bookings can be made up to four weeks in advance. Groups of 6 or more people MUST contact us at least 1 day in advance to organize a group booking.
We rent stand up paddle boards and kayaks.
Rentals include board or boat, PFD, and paddle. Our instructors will provide a brief orientation at the start of each rental.
- All rental groups must include an adult age 19 or older.
- The minimum age to use a rental is 7.
- Rental availability may vary.
- We recommend booking online to ensure your rental will be available.
- Rental start times before 9am must be booked in advance.
- Rentals must be returned at least 90 minutes before sunset.
- Renters will receive a short introductory lesson to make sure they are proficient before paddling.
- Rentals must remain within the Designated Rentals Area.
- Rentals ARE NOT to be docked with motorized equipment or brought onto shore other than at KPC.
All paddlers must complete and access and insurance waiver.
You may complete the form offline if you prefer. Please do so prior to arriving for your rental.
Rentals are limited to the Designated Rentals Area unless the renter is accredited.
You may obtain an accreditation through a Learn-To class for the relevant boat type.
HOW TO BOOK A RENTAL ONLINE
You can use our online registration system to book rentals.
The colours in [ ] refer to the guide boxes in the reference image.
- Select the Equipment Bookings & Rentals tab [blue].
- Use the filter in the search bar to select Kayak or Paddleboard [red]
- Find and select the boat or board you’d like to rent.
- All public rentals are listed as $40 or $60 [purple].
- Other equipment priced at $10,000 is for members only.
- For the best price on multiple rentals, purchase a pass [green].
- Passes are valid for rentals and classes.
- Passes are transferable between users on the same account.
